Premier Inn is on course for growth in Germany. This not only requires a constant stream of new hotel space. Much more important are the right talents. People who keep the hotel running. Team players who are ready to get stuck in. Even in shift work.

We helped to find these hard-fought talents - with a campaign that honestly communicated what the brand stands for: an open welcoming culture.

The message: If you want to work at Premier Inn, you can. With or without specialist training.

Challenge & Solution The job market is highly competitive - and there is a shortage of skilled workers in the hotel industry in particular. That is why we have dedicated ourselves to a new target group: lateral entrants.

The goal: an authentic employer branding campaign that lets real employees have their say. Because the opportunities for anyone who wants to make a fresh start in their career are just as genuine as the employees at Premier Inn.

The four Premier INNfluencers were completely themselves and were each photographed in their working environments. They were able to shine with their expertise and experience in daily tasks. The motifs could be seen as assets on Meta, the Premier Inn landing page and posters in the hotels. With fantastic results!
