Pluxee is the world's leading provider of employee benefits and offers employees tax-privileged and tax-free alternatives to salary increases. An exciting topic, especially at a time when companies are having to fight for talent in order to convince them to become employers.
Even more exciting: Pluxee was still Sodexo BRS until recently.
With the new name, the brand has made a fresh start - and we were able to develop the matching market launch campaigns in DE and AT. A maximum win!
Challenge & solution Launching a new product onto the market is always a challenge. However, we were faced with several tasks at once when launching Pluxee. Both the new company name and the “product” had to be explained, because “tax-free benefits” are not a sure-fire success.
So what did we do? We ran several target group-specific decision driver campaigns. With educational social media assets that addressed our target group directly, but also educated them.
The headline mechanics we chose always highlighted the topic of “tax-free benefits” from two sides at once. Benefits for employers and employees became two sides of the same coin - making Pluxee a “win-win decision”.
